We usually ship our products using a standard shipping method, which is cheaper but not traceable; this is the default shipping option, automatically selected at the check out. However, in addition to the standard shipping method, we can offer you other alternatives.

If you are interested in any of the alternatives above, or if you are unable to select your country at the checkout, please contact us BEFORE placing the order: we'll get back to you as soon as possible with all the informations you need. We do not take responsability for any lost packages but if that happens, you can contact us and we'll try our best to solve the problem.
After placing the order, give us few days to pack it up and ship it, you'll receive a message as soon as the order will be shipped.
